الملخص

يهدف هذا البحث الى استكشاف طبيعة محتوى الهيكل الكامن لمحددات الاداء الوظيفي الشامل، منطلقاً من اراء وافكار الباحثين السابقين في توضيح النظرة الشمولية المتعددة لابعاد الاداء الوظيفي. هذه النظرة تتفق بان الاداء الوظيفي للعامل يتضمن ثلاثة ابعاد رئيسة هي (اداء المهمة، واداء المواطنة وسلوك العمل المنحرف). اذ يعتمد المضمون المفاهيمي والتطبيقي لهذا البحث على ثلاثة توجهات اساسية تمثل قاعدة بناء فرضيات البحث. التوجه الاول يسعى الى معرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين ابعاد الاداء الثلاثة ومعدل الاداء الوظيفي الشامل. والتوجه الثاني يهدف الى استكشاف الاهمية النسبية لهذه الابعاد على معدل الاداء الوظيفي الشامل. اما التوجه الاخير فيحاول التعرف على طبيعة العلاقات التداخلية بين هذه الابعاد الثلاثة. وباستخدام اسلوب معادلة النمذجة الهيكلية (SEM) تم اختبار فرضيات البحث التي في ضوءها تم صياغة عدد من التوصيات الهادفة.
