علاقة الهيبة الخارجية المدركة والعدالة التنظيمية المدركة واثرهما في التهكم التنظيمي- بحث تحليلي في كليات جامعات كربلاء

يرمي هذا البحث إلى اختبار علاقة وتأثير كل من الهيبة الخارجية المدركة والعدالة التنظيمي المدركة بعدهما متغيرين مستقلين في التهكم التنظيمي بوصفه متغيرا استجابيا بين عينة من التدريسيين في كليات جامعة كربلاء بلغت (250) تدريسياً, ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم صياغة مشكلة البحث معبراً عنها بمجموعة التساؤلات منها ما مستوى تأثير الهيبة الخارجية المدركة والعدالة التنظيمية المدركة بمستوى التهكم التنظيمي لدى أساتذة الكليات ), ولغرض الوصول إلى إجابات على تلك التساؤلات تم صياغة عدد من الفرضيات منها وجود علاقة تأثير لكل من الهيبة الخارجية المدركة والعدالة التنظيمية المدركة في التهكم التنظيمي ) وتصميم نموذج بحث يوضح فرضيات البحث . وقد استخدمت أدوات قياس عدة في الجانب العملي بالاعتماد على برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (21.Spss v) وتوصل البحث الى مجموعة من النتائج يمكن تلخيصها بوجود علاقة ارتباط وتأثير وبصورة متعاكسة بين كل من الهيبة الخارجية المدركة والعدالة التنظيمية المدركة والمتغير الاستجابي التهكم التنظيمي ) لدى التدريسين, وبناءً على تلك النتائج قدم الباحثان مجموعة من التوصيات منها ضرورة أن تدرك عمادات الكليات أن تعزيز أو الاهتمام بالهيبة الخارجية للكلية يعمل على توليد إدراك لدى التدريسيين بوجود العدالة التنظيمية, ما ينعكس تأثير على الإدراك بتقليل مستويات التهكم التنظيمي لدى التدريسيين.
