دور العلاقة بين سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية وصناع المعرفة في تحقيق الاداء العالي للمنظمات

الملخص

هدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد دور العلاقة بين سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية وعامل المعرفة في تحقيق الأداء العالي لتطبيق المنظمات في منظماتنا العراقية ولهذا الغرض اعتمد الباحث على أبعاد المواطنة السلوكية التنظيمية (الإيثار، الكياسة، الوعي). الضمير، الروح الرياضية، الفضيلة المدنية) حسب (Organ,1988)، واعتمدت على أبعاد العاملين بالمعرفة (الإنجازات والتحديات، نمو الفرد، الاستقلالية، الاعتراف، الأهداف الموجهة) وفق (Cheng&Zhang,2008:3). ، واعتمدت على أبعاد الأداء العالي (جودة الإدارة، الانفتاح والتوجه نحو العمل، التوجه طويل المدى، التحسين والتجديد المستمر، جودة الموظفين) وفق (DeWaal,etal.,2014:37-38). وتم اختيار التدريسي في كلية الإدارة والاقتصاد في جامعة كربلاء ميداناً للبحث من خلال استمارة استبيان شملت (60) تدريسياً في الكلية المبحوثة، فضلاً عن المقابلات الشخصية. وقد تم استخدام معامل الارتباط (سبيرمان)، واختبار (t) لمعرفة العلاقة المعنوية بين المتغيرات، واختبار (F) لتحديد معادلة الانحدار المعنوي، كما تم استخدام (R2) لتوضيح مدى تأثير المستقلين. متغير على المتغير التابع. ومن أهم الاستنتاجات التي تم التوصل إليها هو أن هناك دور فعال وكبير بين سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية وعامل المعرفة في تحقيق الأداء العالي للمنظمات، وقد خلص البحث إلى عدد من التوصيات منها ما يلي:
- تشجيع ممارسة سلوكيات المواطنة اللازمة لتحقيق الأداء العالي من خلال مكافأة تلك السلوكيات بطرق مختلفة.
- ترسيخ ودعم القيم التنظيمية الإيجابية في بيئة العمل كالعدالة والمساواة والمشاركة والولاء للمنظمة مما يساهم في بذل الجهود من أجل تحقيق مستويات أداء عالية.
- استقطاب عامل المعرفة للاستفادة من المعرفة المتراكمة نتيجة التعلم والخبرة واستثمارها لتحقيق أداء عالي.
- التركيز على عامل المعرفة في تعزيز روح التعاون والمساعدة بين العاملين للوصول إلى السلوك الإيثاري الذي يحقق الأداء العالي.
