سلوكيات القيادة الاصلية وتاثيرها في تنمية الموارد البشرية الاستراتيجية ( SHRD): دراسة استكشافية تحليلية لاراء عينة من القادة والتابعين في كليات جامعة كربلاء

يسعى هذا البحث إلى تحديد تأثير سلوكيات القيادة الاصيلة في تنمية الموارد البشرية الاستراتيجية(SHRD) ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك تم اعتماد اربع سلوكيات اساسية للقيادة الاصيلة هي (الوعي الذاتي , المنظور الاخلاقي الداخلي , المعالجة المتوازنة للمعلومات , والشفافية العلائقية) استناداً إلى (Wulambwa et al , 2008 : 95) وتم اعتماد ابعاد تنمية الموارد البشرية الاستراتيجية (SHRD) (الابعاد الفردية , قدرة (HRD) , اهداف وغايات (SHRD) و دور الشراكة الاستراتيجية لـ(HRD)) استناداً إلى (Peterson , 2008 : 87) وقد تم اختيار بعض كليات جامعة كربلاء ميداناً للبحث من خلال استمارة استبانة شملت (148) عضواً من رؤساء الاقسام العلمية والادارية واعضاء الهيئة التدريسية والموظفين ، فضلاً عن المقابلات الشخصية . وقد تم استخدام التحليل العاملي وتحليل ارتباط سبيرمان وتحليل الانحدار البسيط لاختبار فرضيات البحث باستعمال البرنامج الاحصائي (SPSS) , وقد توصل البحث الى عدة استنتاجات اهمها إن لسلوكيات القيادة الاصيلة دوراً فاعلاً في تحسين ابعاد تنمية الموارد البشرية الاستراتيجية على مستوى كليات جامعة كربلاء , وقد اختتم البحث بعدد من التوصيات الهامة.
