The role of the relationship between organizational citizenship behaviors and knowledge creators in achieving high performance in organizations

This Research aimed to determine The Role of The Relationship Between
Organizational Citizenship Behaviors and Knowledge Worker in Achieving High
performance for organizations application in the Iraqi our organizations and For this
purpose the researcher has depended on the dimensions of organizational behavior
citizenship (altruism, civility, awareness of conscience, sportsmanship, Civic Virtue),
according to (Organ,1988), and depended on the dimensions of knowledge workers
(Achievements and challenges, Individual growth, Autonomy, Recognition and
Oriented-goals) according to (Cheng&Zhang,2008:3), and depended on the
dimensions of High Performance (Management Quality, Openness and ActionOrientation, Long-term Orientation, Continuous Improvement and Renewal, Quality
of Employees) according to (DeWaal,etal.,2014:37-38). Was chosen as teaching
the Faculty of Management and Economics at the University of Karbala, a field to
search through a questionnaire form included (60) teaching in the surveyed college,
as well as personal interviews. It has been used correlation coefficient (Spearman),
and test (t) to see significant relationship between the variables, and test (F) to
determine the moral regression equation, has also been used (R2) to explain how
the impact of the independent variable on the dependent variable. One of the main
conclusions that have been reached is that there is an active and significant role
between organizational citizenship behaviors and knowledge Worker in achieving
high performance of organizations, research has concluded a number of
recommendations, including the following:
To encourage the exercise of citizenship behaviors necessary to achieve high
performance by rewarding those behaviors in different ways.
Establishing and supporting positive organizational values in the work
environment, such as justice, equality, participation and loyalty to the
organization, which contribute to make efforts in order to achieve high
performance levels.
-Attract knowledge Worker to take advantage of the accumulated knowledge as a
result of learning and experience and investment to achieve high performance.
-Focus on knowledge Worker in promoting the spirit of cooperation and
assistance among employees to gain access to the altruistic behavior that
achieves high performance.
