الملخص

تناولت هذه الدراسة طبيعة التوجه الريادي في منظمات الأداء العالي، إذ حاولت تقديم إطار نظري متكامل لأهمّ ما تناوله الكتاب والباحثون عن متغيرات الدراسة، إلى جانب إطار عملي تحليأتي لآراء عينة مختارة ضمن مجتمع الدراسة شملت القيادات الجامعية في كليات جامعة الإمارات العربية المتحدة: ( مساعد رئيس الجامعة، وعميد، ومعاون عميد، ومدير بحث وتطوير، ورئيس قسم)، والبالغ عددهم ((101 قائد إداري.
تم اختيار جامعة الإمارات العربية المتحدة لكونها حصلت في المرتبة( (227من بين أفضل 500)) جامعة في العالم لعام ( (2008وفقاً لتصنيف ((Time Higher Education (THE-QS). وتمثل المتغير المستقل للدراسة بخصائص منظمات الأداء العالي ( خصائص التصميم، الستراتيجية، العملية، التكنولوجيا، القيادة، الأفراد والأدوار، الثقافة، والتوجّه الخارجي)، أما المتغير المعتمد فهو التوجّه الرِّيادي بأبعادهِ الثلاث (الإبداعية، تقبّل المخاطرة، والأستباقية). وقد حاولت الدراسة الإجابة عَنْ جملة من التساؤلات جسدت مشكلتها ((ما الخصائص الأساسية لمنظمات الأداء العالي؟ وهل توجد علاقة ارتباط وأثر بين خصائص منظمات الأداء العالي والتوجّه الرِّيادي لتلك المنظمات؟)).
وباستعمال مجموعة من الأدوات الإحصائية خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات أهمها: أن منظمات الأداء العالي تعكس توجها واضحا نحو الأنشطة الريادية. كما خرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات جاء في مقدمتها: التأكيد في أهمية خصائص الأداء العالي التي تميزت بها الجامعة في تحقيق نتائج الأداء المميز التي حصلت عليها الجامعة مقارنةً بالجامعات الأخرى سواءا كانت محلية أم عربية أم أجنبية وتعزيز المزايا المتحققة من تلك الخصائص للارتقاء بأداء الجامعة وكلياتها إلى مستويات أداء أفي.
