الملخص

يختبر هذا البحث دور الانغراز الوظيفي متمثلا بابعاده الثلاث الروابط، والتضحية، والموائمة في مستويات التهكم التنظيمي بأبعاده الاعتقاد، والعاطفة، والسلوك في دائرة صحة كربلاء، وقد جمعت البيانات باستخدام اداة الاستبانة من عينة الموظفين في الدائرة بلغ عددهم (106) فرد. ولغرض اختبار الفرضيات وتحقيق اهداف البحث فقد استخدمت مجموعة من الادوات الاحصائية مثل معامل كرونباخ الفا ومعامل الثبات المركب ومعامل الارتباط البسيط وتحليل الانحدار المتعدد المتدرج، وقد اشارت النتائج الى وجود علاقة تأثير سلبية بين الانغراز الوظيفي ومستوى التهكم التنظيمي، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج صيغت مجموعة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات الهادفة كان من اهمها تقليل سلوك التهكم التنظيمي من خلال تعزيز الانغراز الوظيفي.
