العلاقة بين استراتيجيات ادارة الموارد البشرية والاداء التنظيمي - دراسة ميدانية في شركة الحفر العراقية في البصرة

اعتمدت البحث استراتيجيات إدارة الموارد البشرية التي اشتملت في التوظيف والتدريب والتطوير، والتحفيز وتقييم الأداء باعتبارها متغيراً رئيساً ومؤثراً في الأداء التنظيمي وبكونه متغيراً معتمداً وحددت متغيرات رئيسة له تمثلت في الفاعلية، والكفاءة، والتطوير، والرضا، والإبداع، والجودة. هدفت هذه البحث إلى إيجاد العلاقة ما بين استراتيجيات إدارة الموارد البشرية والأداء التنظيمي. أجريت البحث في شركة الحفر العراقية في البصرة لأهميتها في الاقتصاد العراقي لكون النفط هو المصدر الرئيس للدخل القومي، ولكون هذه الشركة العراقية الوحيدة المتخصصة بهذا المجال والمنافسة لشركات عالمية معروفة وفي عينة من مديري الإدارات الوسطى عددها (70) مفردة. اعتمدت البحث فرضيتان رئیستان تتعلق باختبار العلاقة والتأثير بين متغيرات البحث ولغرض اختبار تلك الفرضيات طبقت البحث، وقد تم اختبار الفرضيات واستخراج النتائج باستعمال البرامج الإحصائية الجاهزة (SPSS) . استخدمت البحث استمارة الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات، باستخدام مقياس (Likert) الخماسي توصلت البحث إلى وجود ارتباط واثر لاستراتيجيات إدارة الموارد البشرية في الأداء التنظيمي وقدمت عدداً من التوصيات.
