يهدف هذا البحث إلى استكشاف طبيعة العلاقة التاثيرية غير المباشرة لبعض العوامل المعتمدة ضمن نظرية تعدد المستويات والأداء المنظمي المستدام من خلال مهارات التفكير الستراتيجي منطلقاً من آراء وأفكار الباحثين السابقين في توضيح النظرة الشمولية المتعددة لأبعاد كل من المتغيرات أعلاه. ففي ما يخص المتغير الأول (نظرية تعدد المستويات ( اتفق معظم الباحثين الذين اهتموا بدراسة هذا المجال إن أية ظاهرة منظمية تهيكل بشكل وحدات متداخلة بشكل هرمي وان الفشل في معرفة هذا الترتيب الهرمي يؤدي إلى نتائج بحوث غير دقيقة أما ما يخص الأداء المنظمي المستدام فقد تم اعتماد تصنيف (1997:ElKington) الذي أشار إن أبعاد الأداء المستدام هي المحور الاقتصادي والمحور البيئي والمحور الاجتماعي ) فضلاً عناعتماد محور بناء ثقافة الأداء المستدام من الكاتب (2010 Turban) . وأخير اعتمد الباحثان على أنموذج (2010 :Wooton & Horne) فيما يخص مهارات التفكير الستراتيجي . ولقد اعتمد التوجه المفاهيمي والتطبيقي للبحث على ثلاث منطلقات أساسية ، الأول يسعى إلى معرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين أبعاد المتغيرات أعلاه و الثاني يهدف إلى استكشاف الأهمية النسبية لمتغيرات البحث. أما الأخير فيحاول التعرف على طبيعة العلاقات التأثيرية غير المباشرة بين متغيرات البحث . * بحث مستل من أطروحة دكتوراه بعنوان (انعكاس القدرات الديناميكية ومهارات التفكير الستراتيجي على الأداء المنظمي المستدام ضمن إطار نظرية تعدد المستويات).
