الغرض : بيان اثر الدمج التنظيمي في تحقيق التوجة الريادي .
المدخل
المنهجية : تم انتخاب العاملين في شركة الكفيل للاستثمارات العامة في كربلاء باستخدام استبانه بالبحث بالاعتماد على المقاييس المتوافرة في الادبيات وبما يتلائم مع بيئة البحث بعد اختبارة في ضوء خاصة مجموعة من الاساليب الاحصائية .
النتائج / وجود ارتباط وتأثير معنوي للدمج التنظيمي في التوجه الريادي . القيمة / تتمثل قيمة البحث في تناوله لجانب من التراكم المعرفي في حقل الدمج التنظيمي واسس التوجه الريادي.
