الملخص

يرمي هذا البحث إلى اختبار العلاقة التأثيرية بين عمليات العقد النفسي والاغتراب الوظيفي من خلال عينة من العاملين في جامعة كربلاء بلغت ( 60 ) موظفا ويفترض هذا البحث بان أدراك العاملين لحالة اختراق العقد النفسي يقود إلى ظهور حالة انتهاك العقد النفسي التي ستؤدي إلى نشوء حالة من الاغتراب الوظيفي لدى العاملين. تم جمع البيانات باستخدام استمارة الاستبانه ، واستخدام طريقة تحليل المسار الغرض اختبار العلاقات الوسيطة للنموذج الفرضي المقترح وتحليل الانحدار والارتباط. ولقد توصل الباحثان إلى جملة استنتاجات منها أن عمليات العقد النفسي ( الاختراق والانتهاك ( ترتبط بشكل ايجابي مع شعور العاملين بالاغتراب الوظيفي، وان الشعور بانتهاك العقد النفسي يزيد من قوة العلاقة بين اختراق العقد والشعور.
بالاغتراب الوظيفي. وفي ضوء الاستنتاجات التي تم التوصل إليها تم وضع عدد من التوصيات.
