دور عمليات ادارة الموهبة في تحقيق التميز المنظمي-دراسة استطلاعية لآراء عينة من مدراء شركة اسيا سيل للاتصالات

سعى هذا البحث إلى تحديد دور عمليات ادارة الموهبة في تحقيق التميز المنظمي بالتطبيق في منظماتنا العراقية ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك تم اعتماد أبعاد (عمليات) ادارة الموهبة (استقطاب المواهب، اختيار المواهب، تطوير المواهب، المحافظة على المواهب)، كما تم اعتماد أبعاد التميز المنظمي (التخطيط الاستراتيجي, التركيز على السوق والزبون,تحليل المعلومات,فاعلية العمليات, نتائج الاعمال)، وتم اختيار شركة اسيا سيل للاتصالات المتنقلة ميداناً للبحث من خلال استمارة استبانة شملت (30) فرداً من مديري الشركة، فضلاً عن المقابلات الشخصية. وقد استخدم معامل الارتباط (Spearman)، واختبار(t) لمعرفة معنوية العلاقة بين المتغيرات، واختبار(F) لتحديد معنوية معادلة الانحدار، كما تم استخدام (R2) لتفسير مقدار تأثير المتغير المستقل في المتغير التابع. ومن أهم الاستنتاجات التي تم التوصل إليها هو إن لعمليات إدارة الموهبة دوراً فاعلاً في تحقيق التميز المنظمي، وقد اختتم البحث بعدد من التوصيات منها الاتي :
• التركيز على جذب العاملين الموهوبين مما يمكن الشركة من تحقيق التميز المنظمي .
• محاولة تقديم خدمات جديدة لمشتركي الشركة باستمرار بشكل يحقق لها التميز المنظمي .
• ضرورة التركيز على توظيف عمليات ادارة الموهبة في الشركة بشمولية اكبر في ظل بيئتنا العراقية التي تتسم بدرجة عالية من التغيير والتنافس في مجال الاتصالات وخدمات الانترنيت .
• المحافظة على مستوى عال من مهارات وخبرات العاملين من خلال التدريب المتواصل بشكل يدعم تميزها المنظمي ويثري مخزونهم المعرفي.
