الاستقامة التنظيمية كمتغير معدل للعلاقة بين الدعم التنظيمي المدرك وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية /بحث تحليلي لآراء عينة من العاملين في معمل اسمنت كربلاء

يهدف البحث إلى تحديد دور الاستقامة التنظيمية كمتغير معدل للعلاقة بين الدعم التنظيمي المدرك وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية ، اذ جرىقياسمتغير الاستقامة التنظيمية استناداً الى مقياس (Cameron , 2003) وجرى قياس الدعم التنظيمي المدرك استناداً الى (Eisenberger et al. , 1986) فيما جرى اعتماد مقياس (Organ , 1988)لقياس سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية , وقد تم اختيار معمل اسمنت كربلاء ميداناً للبحث من خلال استمارة استبانة شملت (113)عاملاًمن الاداريين والفنيين . ولأجل اختبار فرضيات البحث جرى استخدام التحليل العاملي التوكيدي (نمذجة المعادلة الهيكلية) وبعض الاحصاءات الوصفية وتحليل الارتباط وتحليل الانحدار البسيط وتحليل الانحدار المتعدد المتدرج واعتماد اسلوب التحليل المعدِّل (Moderation Analysis) . وقد تم التوصل الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات من أهمها ان متغير الاستقامة التنظيمية يعدل او يعزز العلاقة التأثيرية بين اساليب الدعم التنظيمي المدرك التي تعتمدها الادارة فعلياً وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية الذي يسلكه العاملين على مستوى البيئة الداخلية في المعمل ، وقد اختتم البحث بعدد من التوصيات المناسبة.
