تأثير القابليات الدينامية في تحقيق الأداء المنظمي المستدام

الملخص

الغرض: يهدف هذا البحث لدراسة وتحديد طبيعة العلاقة بين القابليات الدينامية كمتغير تفسيري والأداء المنظمي المستدام كمتغير استجابي.

المنهجية/التصميم: تم توزيع 135 استبانةعلى الأساتذة في جامعة الكوفة ممن يحملون لقب (استاذ) في عموم كليات الجامعة البالغة (21) كلية، بلغ عدد الاستبانات المسترجعة (129) كانت (127) منها صالحة للتحليل الاحصائي، تم تحليلها باستخدام برنامج (SPSS) فضلا عن برنامج (AMOS).

النتائج النظرية: وجود فجوة معرفية عن تفسير العلاقة بين متغيرات البحث إضافة لسعي الباحثين لبيان أهمية الأداء المنظمي المستدام كوسيلة مهمة لتحقيق التنافسية العالية للمنظمات حاليا.

النتائج العملية: توصل البحث الى مجموعة من النتائج منها وجود علاقة تأثير معنوية مباشرة بين القابليات الدينامية والأداء المنظمي المستدام.

النتائج العلمية: يمكن الإفادة من النتائج التي توصل اليها البحث اذ ان اهتمام المنظمات بالقابليات الدينامية وتطويرها سيقود للوصول للأداء المستدام وتحقيق أهدافها المستقبلية.

الاصالة/القيمة: جاء البحث ليسد فجوة معرفية تمثلت بعدم وجود بحث سابق يناقش متغيري البحث في ا أنموذج بحث واحد (على حد علم الباحثين) ومناقشة أثر هذه العلاقة في تعزيز مكانة المنظمة الاجتماعية والتنافسية.
