الملخص

جرى في هذا البحث دراسة بعض خصائص توزيع بيركس المعمم ودالة البقاء و استُعمل للتقدير طريقتين هي: طريقة الامكان الاعظم وطريقة المربعات الصغرى و اشتُققت طرائق التقدير هذه للتوصل الى صيغ مقدراتها. واجريت مقارنة بين المقدرات باستعمال اسلوب المحاكاة اذ نفذت تجارب المحاكاة باستعمال مجموعة عينات بأحجام مختلفة( (100, 50,10 وكررت كل تجربة( 2000) مرة لتحقيق الهدف ولثلاثة نماذج مختلفة وقد قورنت النتائج باستعمال احد اهم المقاييس الاحصائية وهو متوسط مربعات الخطأ التكاملي IMSE)) وجرى التوصل الى افضل الطرائق لكل انموذج ولكل حجم عينة . وجرى معرفة نتائج متوسط مربعات الخطأ التكاملي لدالة البقاء, واجريت المقارنة بين تلك النتائج ولجميع النماذج حيث ظهرت النتيجة بأفضلية طريقة الامكان الاعظم . اما في الجانب التطبيقي فقد اجري تطبيقا عمليا لعينة عشوائية من البيانات بحجم200)) مشاهدة الخاصة بأوقات الوفيات بالشهور لمرضى سرطان الثدي في محافظة البصرة حيث اخذت فترة بقائهم على قيد الحياة , وعن طريقها النتائج التي ظهرت تبين ان طريقة الامكان الاعظم اعطت مقدرات اكثر ملائمة للبيانات المدروسة.
