الملخص

يهدف البحث إلى تحديد أثر إدارة الانتباه بأبعادها الفرعية على قدرة الإبداع الديناميكي في الشركة المبحوثة، استخدمت الدراسة واستخدم مقياس (Bigolin et al.,2018:8) لقياس إدارة الانتباه الذي يتكون من ثلاثة أبعاد (استقرار تركيز الانتباه، حيوية الانتباه الموضعي، تماسك التوزيع الهيكلي للانتباه)، وأنموذج (Lichtenthaler& Muethel, 2012:1240)، ولقياس قدرات الإبداع الديناميكية والذي يتكون من ثلا ثة أبعاد (قدرة الاستشعار البيئي، القدرة على الاغتنام، القدرة التحويلية)، اعتمد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدم استبيان لجمع البيانات من 230 مديراً في جميع فروع الشركة، أجرِ التحليل الإحصائي باستخدام المقاييس الإحصائية الوصفية مثل معامل ارتباط بيرسون ونمذجة المعادلات الهيكلية. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن تطبيق إدارة الانتباه على المستوى الميداني من شأنه أن يعزز قدرات الإبداع الديناميكي. كما أوصت الدراسة بأن تركز فروع الشركة على صياغة رؤيتها المستقبلية من خلال تحديد احتياجات سوق الاتصالات المستقبلية والتعلم من الشركات العالمية في نفس القطاع.
