روحانية مكان العمل وتأثيرها في التمكين النفسي للعاملين (دراسة استطلاعية تحليلية لآراء عينة من أعضاء الهيأة التدريسية في جامعة العميد بمحافظة كربلاء)

الملخص

تهــدف الدراســة الحاليــة الــى اختبــار العلاقــة بــين متغيــر الدراسة روحانيــة مكــان العمــل المتمثلة بأبعاده (العمل الهادف، الشعور بالمجتمع، الملائمة بين قيم الفرد والمنظمة) والتمكين النفسي للعاملين المتمثلة بأبعاده (الكفاء، التأثير، المعنى، الاستقلالية) في المنظمة المبحوثة. وتم وضع مخطط فرضي يوضح طبيعة العلاقات بين متغيري الدراسة المستقل والتابع وأبعادها الفرعية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على استمارة الاستبانة ، إذ تم تصميم هذه الاستبانة بواقع (31) فقرة غطت كل أبعاد الدراسة. فيما يتعلق بميدان الدراسة فقد تم اختيار (جامعة العميد بمحافظة بكربلاء  بوصفها ميدانا للدراسة، إذ تم استقصاء آراء عينة بلغ حجمها (105) فرد  من أعضاء الهيأة التدريسية , تمت الاستعانة في تحليل بيانات الجانب الميداني للدراسة بعدد من الأساليب الإحصائية والتي تمثلت باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية (26) SPSS)  و. (AMOS V25) وقد استنتج وجود علاقة معنوية ما بين روحانية مكان العمل والتمكين النفسي للعاملين.
