تأثير ممارسات التصنيع الرشيق في تحسين الأداء البيئي (بحث تحليلي لآراء عينة من العاملين في الشركة العامة لصناعة السيارات الإسكندرية / بابل)

الملخص

سعى البحث إلى اختبار تأثير التصنيع الرشيق ومدى مساهمته في تحسين الأداء البيئي، إذ قدم البحث إطارا نظريا للتصنيع الرشيق والأداء البيئي، ومن ثم تم تحليل العلاقة بينهما من خلال آراء عينة من العاملين في الشركة العامة لصناعة السيارات/الإسكندرية، حيث وزع الباحثون (216) استبانة على عدد من العاملين في الشركة قيد البحث، وتم استرجاع (215) استبانة، كانت (192) منها صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي وبمعدل استجابة (89%)، تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي، (SPSS.V.27)، وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات منها (توافر التصنيع الرشيق والأداء البيئي في الشركة العامة لصناعة السيارات/الإسكندرية عينة البحث)، وبناء على تلك الاستنتاجات قدم الباحثون مجموعة من التوصيات منها (دعوة إدارة الشركة إلى إيلاء المزيد من الاهتمام بالتصنيع الرشيق وذلك لدوره الفعال في تحسين الأداء البيئي وضمان البقاء والنمو والتطور).
