Introduction to Meta-Analysis for Administrative Research

Abstract

With the wide application of the scope of meta-analysis in the literature of various sciences, it is important to study the role of meta-analysis in developing sciences related to management, organizational behavior and human resource management, Understand the basic steps of this technique and how to apply it in order to benefit from its multiple benefits by describing the six-step meta-analysis steps, These steps include formulating the initial research questions identifying relevant studies, summarizing important information from each study, and presenting, analyzing, and interpreting the resulting data. The Arab and Iraqi research arena in particular lacks this kind of basic research that explains the initial steps of the meta-analysis process.
