The success and progress of organizations today is achieved through the ability to use resources in a way that fulfills the desires and needs of customers, and the requirements of the market in the first place, which was mainly reflected in the construction of their strategies, and the acceleration of changes in business environments has required organizations to follow modern strategies based on a clear vision and in a way that affects the performance of operations. For industrial organizations. This study sought to determine the relationship between strategic vision as an independent variable and operations performance as a dependent variable through its indicators (cost, quality, flexibility, and delivery).
