The effect of psychological resilience in organizational vitality- A case study in the Directorate of Education of Al-Musayyib District
Abstract
The current research seeks to explain the nature and determine the level of the relationship between psychological resilience and organizational vitality in Directorate of Education Musayyib district, and this comes as an attempt to reduce or bridge the knowledge gap between the two research variables. As well as trying to lay the right and appropriate foundations for the manufacture of skilled labor, relying on the values and cultures stemming from the Iraqi society, that can be invested in order to be the most important capital for its profit-oriented organizations or to provide services. To achieve this, the researcher distributed 100 questionnaires to a number of employees in Directorate of Education Musayyib district. The number of questionnaires was 96, and the number of valid questionnaires for statistical analysis was (91), with a rate of (95%) of the retrieved questionnaires. The theoretical results showed the existence of a knowledge gap to explain the nature of the relationship between psychological resilience and organizational vitality in organizations in general and in the organization under study in particular.
