The industrial organization gives distinctive to quality and its practice to make a qualifying step, This draws certain significant actions such as refocusing and rethinking towards its performance, and the running up of operations and activities by using quality engineering principle related to Taguchis, a Japanese engineering, the object of this principle is an accomplishment of good quality in process and design products, and expecting the probable problems before shipping products to market. To fulfill that, statistical methods have been made. On the same level, Taguchis made simple changes in the controlling means concerning quality by depending on the quality principle towards target-oriented quality which represents the value that specifies the characteristics of quality products. The study depends on qualitative controlling by using Taguchi's function in an attempt to specify those characteristics and losses that the company under study may make to society.
