Impact of transformational leadership in crisis management (field study)

Abstract

Aim of the research to know the direction of the impact that role and dimensions of transformational leadership in crisis management and stages. And launched the search is based on the premise that effective leadership is able to avoid big losses in the organization through scientific management of crises. Applied research in the two companies, one of the yarn and other fabric on a sample of (48) where the director. Concluded that research and the impact of substantial relations between the leadership style to influence the ideal stage in the discovery of the crisis and the learning phase, as well as the absence of influence of individual attention with their stage of recovery and learning.
