Abstract

The current research aims to demonstrate the effect of psychological well-being in reducing bullying behavior in the workplace within the research community, which is represented by the employees of the Holy Karbala Water Directorate who are at the level of decision-making and shouldering responsibility. - self-acceptance - positive relationship with others - goal in life - mastery of the environment - personal development) while the dependent variable bullying in the workplace was measured with five sub-dimensions, which are (underestimation - undermining work - criticism - loud screaming - verbal abuse) based on The main research problem, which was represented by (psychological well-being and its impact on reducing bullying behavior in the workplace). 98% of the retrieved questionnaires used the analytical descriptive method. The research relied on a set of statistical methods represented by confirmatory factor analysis, descriptive statistics and simple correlation analysis based on ready-made programs The practical results showed that there is a significant effect between psychological well being and bullying in the workplace
