الملخص

يستعرض هذا البحث فهم تأثير التسييس التنظيمي في الصوت الأخلاقي للعاملين بوجود مشاعر الإحباط كمتغير وسيط ,يهدف البحث إلى مساعدة العاملين في تعزيز صوتهم الأخلاقي والحد على السلوكيات المؤثرة على ذلك السلوك, انطلقت الدراسة بمشكلة رئيسة تمثلت بانخفاض الصوت الأخلاقي في المجتمع عينة الدراسة ، إذ تم توزيع (160) استبانة على العاملين في الدائرة المبحوثة ، بنسبة استرجاع ((%100 حصل الباحثان على (157) استبانة صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي ، وقد استخدما عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية المتنوعة مثل (المربعات الصغرى , المعادلات) استناداً إلى النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث يوجد علاقتي ارتباط وتأثير ذات دلالة معنوية بين التسيس التنظيمي والصوت الأخلاقي للعاملين , يوصي الباحثان بأهمية استئصال التسيس التنظيمي بألوانه المختلفة وزيادة الاهتمام بالصوت الأخلاقي للعاملين لما يمتلكه من القدرة في استشعار المشاكل التنظيمية قبل تسببها في آثار بليغة على مستوى المنظمة
