دور سمعة المنظمة في العلاقة بين القيادة الفاضلة والازدهار التنظيمي
بحث تحليلي لآراء عينة من العاملين في العتبة الحسينية المقدسة

سعى هذا البحث إلى تحديد دور سمعة المنظمة في العلاقة بين القيادة الفاضلة والازدهار التنظيمي ، عن طريق تطبيقه في العتبة الحسينية المقدسة ، ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك تم اعتماد أبعاد القيادة الفاضلة (الشجاعة، والزهد، والعدالة، والحكمة، والانسانية ) ، مقابل الازدهار التنظيمي بأبعاده (الميزة التنافسية المستدامة، والابتكار، وراس المال الفكري ، والرشاقة التنظيمية ). وما يعزز هذه العلاقة هي سمعة المنظمة بأبعادها (الابداع، والمسؤولية الاجتماعية، وجودة الخدمة) وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية من العاملين في العتبة الحسينية المقدسة ميداناً للبحث عن طريق استمارة استبانة شملت (51) فردا في القسم عينة البحث. وقد استخدم معامل الارتباط البسيط (Spearman)، واختبار(t) لمعرفة معنوية علاقة الارتباط بين المتغيرات، واختبار(F) لتحديد معنوية أنموذج الانحدار، كما تم استخدام (R2) لتحديد المقدار النسبي الذي يسهم به المتغير المستقل في تفسير المتغير التابع وكنسبة مئوية. وان ابرز استنتاج توصل إليه الباحث هو وجود علاقة تأثير ذي دلالة معنوية للقيادة الفاضلة في الازدهار التنظيمي من خلال سمعة المنظمة. وقد اختتم البحث بعدد من التوصيات منها التركيز على القيادة الفاضلة لدى إدارة العتبة الحسينية المقدسة ، لأنها عاملاً مهماً في عملها بشكل عام وفي الازدهار التنظيمي بشكل خاص .
