تأثير الصيانة الذكية في تحسين الأداء الصناعي
(دراسة تحليلية في الشركة العامة لصناعة السيارات – الإسكندرية)

هدفت الدراسة بشكل أساس إلى تحديد أثر الصيانة الذكية في تحسين الأداء الصناعي على مستوى الشركة العامة لصناعة السيارات - الإسكندرية ، واستناداً إلى مشكلة كبرى تم تشخيصها بعدة تساؤلات؛ مدى ادراك العلاقات التأثيرية بين المتغيرات ميدانيا تم تشكيل اطارا فكريا معبرا للبحث اذ تم اعتماد الصيانة الذكية كمتغير مستقل يتكون من أربعة أبعاد (صنع القرار القائم على البيانات - موارد رأس المال البشري - التكامل الداخلي - التكامل الخارجي) ، وتم اعتماد الأداء الصناعي كمتغير تابع والذي يتكون من ثلاثة أبعاد (الربحية - التقدم التقني – كفاءة الانتاج). وتكونت العينة من العاملين في الشركة العامة لصناعة السيارات وعددهم (72) عاملاً (مهندسين وفنيين) ولتحليل البيانات تم استخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية المتوفرة في البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS.V.25)، وتوصل البحث إلى عدة استنتاجات منها (الأهمية الكبرى لتأثير الصيانة الذكية على العديد من الجوانب المتعلقة بعمليات الإنتاج لمواكبة التطورات الكبيرة في البيئات الصناعية ، لتنعكس في رفع مستوى الأداء الصناعي) ، وأسفر البحث عن مجموعة من التوصيات منها (على الشركة العامة لصناعة السيارات - الإسكندرية تطوير نظام يوضح أنسب طرائق الصيانة والإصلاح والتعليمات في أثناء مراقبة حالة جميع المعدات والآلات المستهدفة باستخدام الأساليب الذكية والعمل على منع الأعطال غير المتوقعة و الاضطرابات غير المخطط لها مع زيادة موثوقية النظام من أجل منع الضرر المحتمل بسبب فشل المعدات).
