دور العقلية الإستراتيجية للقائد في تعزيز ممارسات إدارة الاحتواء العالي

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور العقلية الإستراتيجية للقائد في تعزيز ممارسات إدارة الاحتواء العالي في الشركة الصينية للأنابيب النفطية (CPP) محافظة البصرة، إذ جرى قياس العقلية الإستراتيجية للقائد من خلال ثلاثة أبعاد وهي (التفكير النظمي، إعادة التأطير، التفكير العميق)، وجرى قياس ممارسات إدارة الاحتواء العالي من خلال أبعاده الأربعة (التمكين، تشارك المعلومات، ممارسات التطوير، المكافآت)، وتم استخدام الاستبانة أداة رئيسية في جمع البيانات، إذ شملت عينة الدراسة (200) عاملاً(عراقي، عربي، أجنبي) في الشركة المبحوثة، وقد توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان أبرزها وجود علاقة تأثير طردية ذات دلالة معنوية بين متغير العقلية الإستراتيجية للقائد ومتغير ممارسات إدارة الاحتواء العالي، قد أوصت الدراسة بجملة من التوصيات أهمها، على إدارة الشركة زيادة الاهتمام بأبعاد العقلية الإستراتيجية للقائد لأنها سوف تتيح لهم تحقيق النجاح والإبداع في ازدهار ونمو المنظمة في ظل بيئة تنافسية شديدة.
