يهدف البحث الحالي الى اختبار العلاقة بين انماط الثقافة التنظيمية والمسؤولية الاجتماعية للمنظمة في مشفيي الحسين التعليمي والكفيل التخصصي. وفي سبيل تحقيق هدف البحث وجمعت البيانات باستخدام استمارة الاستبيان من عينة مكونة من (146) مستجيب من مشفى الحسين التعليمي، ومن (114) مستجيب من مشفى الكفيل التخصصي. حيث حللت بيانات الاستبانة باستخدام جملة من أدوات التحليل الاحصائي الوصفي والاستدلالي. وتوصل الى جملة نتائج من أهمها ان مشفى الكفيل يتبنى ثقافة العشيرة والثقافة الادهقراطية ، اما مشفى الحسين التعليمي فيتبنى ثقافتي السوق والتسلسل الهرمي ، وكان من اهم التوصيات ضرورة الاهتمام بكل من المسؤولية القانونية لمشفى الكفيل والاهتمام بتعزيز ثقافة العشيرة والادهقراطية في مشفى الحسين التعليمي لتعزيز الابداع .
