دور إدارة الموارد البشرية الإلكترونية في تعزيز الرشاقة الإستراتيجية

الملخص

يستعرض البحث دور إدارة الموارد البشرية الإلكترونية في تعزيز الرشاقة الإستراتيجية. من خلال تحليل العلاقة بين أبعاد كل منهما. وهدف البحث في فهم دور إدارة الموارد البشرية الإلكترونية وتحليل علاقتها بالرشاقة الإستراتيجية لمساعدة إدارة جامعة كربلاء في تعزيز الأداء. والمشكلة تتمثل في التحديات التي تواجه تحقيق الرشاقة في بيئة تنافسية متزايدة التعقيد. مما يمكن أن يتطلب استخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة لإدارة الموارد البشرية. وتم إجراء البحث في جامعة كربلاء. حيث جمعت آراء المديرين في الكليات الـ17 عبر عينة قصدية تضمّنت مسؤولي الوحدات والشعب. ومديري ورؤساء الأقسام. ومعاوني العمداء وعمداء الكليات. ومعاوني رئيس الجامعة. ورئيس الجامعة. وقد استخدم الباحثان أساليب إحصائية متنوعة. مثل الوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري وتحليل الارتباط ونمذجة المعادلة الهيكلية وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة طردية ذات دلالة معنوية بين إدارة الموارد البشرية الإلكترونية والرشاقة الإستراتيجية. ويوصي الباحثان بضرورة زيادة الاهتمام بأبعاد إدارة الموارد البشرية الإلكترونية لتعزيز النجاح والابتكار في بيئة تنافسية متنامية.
